Serviced apartments in city centres and business districts

SERVICE ACCOMMODATION

Furnished places to stay for a few nights or a few months — with a kitchen, a desk and your own front door.

  • Fully furnished
  • Nights or months
  • Kitchen included

A hotel room is fine for two nights. After that it starts to show.

Serviced accommodation is the middle ground most travellers end up looking for and don't have a word for: an apartment that is already furnished, already connected, already cleaned, and rented by the night or the week rather than the year. You get a kitchen instead of a minibar, a table you can work at instead of a bed you work on, and a washing machine, which after the first ten days stops being a detail and becomes the point.

We find those apartments and arrange the stay. Tell us the city, the dates, how many of you there are and roughly what the budget has to stay under, and we come back with a short list — real addresses, real photographs, what is in the kitchen, how the keys work, what the building is like at seven in the morning. Not forty results to sift through. Three or four you could actually say yes to.

Who we usually hear from: someone on a project away from home for six weeks, a family between houses, a team arriving together and needing to be in the same building, a traveller who wants a neighbourhood rather than a lobby.

How we narrow it down

Location by commute, not by map pin

Tell us the office, the site or the hospital you need to reach each morning and we shortlist on that, rather than on which district sounds nicest in a listing.

Dates that don't fit the calendar

Eleven nights, a month and a half, an open end you'll confirm in week two. We check which properties will take that length and which quietly won't.

Amenities confirmed, not assumed

Oven or just a hob. Lift or four flights. Desk, washing machine, parking, whether the wifi carries a video call. We check before you see the apartment on the list.

A budget that holds to the end

We put the cleaning fee, the deposit and any extras next to the nightly rate up front, so the figure you approve is the figure the stay costs.

Arrival arranged in advance

Who meets you, where the keys are, what time you can drop bags if the flight lands at six. Agreed before you travel rather than discovered on the doorstep.

One thread for the whole stay

Bookings, extensions, the paperwork your finance team asks for and anything that goes wrong at the apartment — all handled in the same conversation.

The stays people ask us for by name

Four shapes of request that come in most weeks. If yours is none of these, describe it in the form — the work is the same.

Most requested

Weeknight business stay

Monday to Thursday, close to the office, repeated for as many weeks as the project runs.

  • Walking or short transit distance to your site
  • Desk and wifi checked for calls
  • Same apartment held across repeat weeks where possible
  • Invoice paperwork sent to whoever pays

Extended stay, a month or more

Long enough that you need a kitchen, laundry and somewhere to put your things.

  • Full kitchen and washing machine
  • Mid-stay cleaning arranged
  • Longer-stay rate negotiated with the property
  • Option to extend without moving

Relocation landing pad

Somewhere to live in the new city while you look for the permanent place.

  • Flexible end date
  • Family-sized options with more than one bedroom
  • Neighbourhood notes before you commit
  • Storage or parking where the building has it

Team or crew booking

Several people arriving together who should not be scattered across a city.

  • Apartments in one building or street where available
  • One point of contact for all the bookings
  • Separate rooms, shared living space options
  • Arrival times staggered to match flights

Rates depend on the city, the dates and how long you stay; we quote on the specific apartments we shortlist for you.

What happens between your message and your keys

The first reply is a few questions, not a brochure. Which city, which dates, how many beds, what you need to be near, and the number the stay has to stay under. If you already know the street you want, say so; if you only know the name of the office, that is enough for us to work from.

Then the shortlist

We go back to the properties we work with and check what is genuinely free for your dates — not what is listed as free. You get a handful of apartments with photographs, the full cost written out, and the honest caveats: the one with the better kitchen is on the third floor with no lift, the cheaper one is ten minutes further out.

Then the booking

You pick one, we confirm it with the property and send you the booking details, the arrival instructions and the paperwork. Payment and deposit terms are the ones that apartment uses, and we set them out in writing before anything is taken.

Then the stay itself

Extensions, a second apartment for someone joining late, a boiler that stops working on a Sunday — you come back to the same thread rather than starting again with a building manager you have never met. When the stay ends we handle the checkout with the property, and the receipts go where your finance team needs them.

Questions we get before the first booking

How is this different from booking an apartment myself on a listing site?

Mostly in what you don't have to do: chasing hosts who don't reply, discovering the cleaning fee at checkout, finding out on arrival that the desk is a bar stool. We verify the details with the property, put the full cost in one figure and stay reachable for the whole stay if something needs fixing.

Is there a minimum stay?

It depends on the property rather than on us. Some serviced apartments take two nights, many set a minimum of five or seven, and a few only take monthly lets. We filter the shortlist to the ones that accept your actual dates so you never fall in love with something you can't book.

What is normally included in the apartment?

As a rule: furniture, bedding and towels, a working kitchen, wifi and utilities in the rate, and a clean before you arrive. Cleaning during the stay, parking, air conditioning and lifts vary building to building — we confirm each of those on the specific apartments we send you.

Can my company be invoiced instead of me paying personally?

Usually, yes. Tell us at the enquiry stage who is paying and what their process is — purchase order, booking reference, a finance address — and we set the booking up that way from the start rather than unpicking it afterwards.

What if I need to extend, or leave earlier than planned?

Message us as soon as you know. Extensions depend on whether the apartment is free afterwards, which is why early notice matters; if it isn't, we look for the nearest alternative. Early departures follow that property's cancellation terms, which you'll have seen in writing before booking.

Tell us the city and the dates

Two lines is enough to start. We'll ask the rest when we reply.

  • A real person reads it — not an automated quote generator
  • First reply is questions and a shortlist, never a hard sell
  • No payment details asked for at the enquiry stage
